Hairstylist - Brentwood Care Centre
Intercare's Brentwood Care Centre provides Health and Life Enrichment services in Long Term Care, Hospice and Specialty Care. We are currently looking for a
Hairstylist within our Brentwood Care Centre, located in NW Calgary th Avenue NW). There is flexibility to be employed by Intercare or to operate as an Independent Contractor.

Applicants must have their own hairdressing tools/equipment, certification/registration recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training, and must provide proof of a clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) and Vulnerable Sector Search (VSS).

In addition, independent contractors must have a current business license, liability insurance, and WCB Coverage. Only applicants that are fully vaccinated against COVID 19 (two full doses) will be considered.

Preferred hours of operation are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from but some flexibility is required/permitted.

Expected hours are a minimum of 24 hours per week, but may be up to 40 hours initially, based on demand/need.

Prices for all hair salon services are set by Intercare. Preference will go to those who have experience and an interest in working with seniors.
