What will you do?


As a Reservation Agent, you will be communicating directly with the public to assist with reservations and answering a variety of related questions.

We provide excellent training and resources to support your success and a flexible and fun environment.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • You are friendly and good a good listener.
  • You exercise patience as you understand the customer's needs and assist them.
  • You are always tactful and pleasant.
  • A knack for computers and learning new software.
  • Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.
  • You are empathetic as you help address customer concerns and assist them with their needs.
  • 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public.
  • Call center experience is helpful but not required.

The Details:


Orientation Date:
July 6, :00AM to 3:00 PM


Training Begins:
July 10, 2023

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
  • Our hours of operation are 7 AM 11 PM, 7 days a week
  • After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 2535 hrs/week
  • Training & work shifts completed onsite in our call centre.
  • Office Location: Guelph, ON
  • The rate of pay is starting at $16.50/hour
  • Opportunity to earn $1/hr End of Contract Bonus
  • Opportunity to earn monthly bonuses
  • End of Contract date: September 3, 2023
