We are looking to hire for the position of
On-Road Support Agent at our Delta, BC location. This posting is for both
Seasonal Full-Time or Seasonal Part-time position status.

Duties range from answering simple questions to arranging for mechanical assistance, trouble shooting and getting our vehicles back on the road or to a nearby repair shop in a timely manner.

You will be trained to confidently answer a variety of questions from our clients and provide assistance to ensure they continue enjoying their Canadian Adventure.

This role can also work via remote but ideally located in western Canada (BC or AB).

Job Duties:

Technical troubleshooting for rental RVs
Assist in vehicle exchange procedures in case of breakdowns
Record keeping for all onroad repairs, maintenance and customer correspondence
Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:

Have secondary education and or related experience
Have customer service experience
Be able to read, write and speak English
French, German or Dutch language is considered an asset but not required
Possess excellent communication skills
RV industry experience and knowledge an asset but not required
General technical knowledge an asset
Be able to work well under pressure
Have problem solving skills
Be efficient
Have basic computer skills
Be able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Seasonal parttime or fulltime possibilities
