Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Must have 4 years of experience in healthcare sector providing expertise in recruitment and HR strategies, Business development and training.
  • Collarabate with people and culture colleges on various incentives and process improvement
  • Must deal with B2B clients from Pharma and Healthcare.
  • Must be willing to propose and implement strategies.
  • Must have experience of Cold calling.
  • Must have experience of hiring Nurses and other healthcare staff.
  • Great time management skills, able to manage and prioritize changing priorities.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle Recruitment.
  • Work on health care recruitment projects.
  • Partner with internal team and client representative.
  • Support Team Members when require.
  • Perform other duties when require.

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Healthcare Recruitment: 4 years (required)

  • Business development in Healthcare: 3 years (required)
