What You'll Bring:


  • BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 35 Years of experience in managing large projects delivery.
  • Working experience in delivering in Agile model including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines.
  • Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience interacting with business users to accurately understand their business area and their requirements.
  • Focused work ethic, with openness and drive to explore new ideas and technologies in fast paced environment with continuous changing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems.
  • Good understanding of theories, methodologies and principals underlying software development.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Proficient and comfortable working with different stakeholders with difference in opinion, across multiple domains.

Impact You'll Make:


  • The Release Manager will be responsible for scheduling, planning, and controlling the software's development and delivery process.
  • Plan the release of project deliverables and release life cycle.
  • Communicate the projectrelated tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. to all stake holders.
  • Schedule and run weekly release meetings, coordinate all upcoming deployments and track progress.
  • Make sure all quality gates are met before scheduling deliveries to eliminate deployment issues or rollbacks.
  • Drive the preCAB meetings with all teams. Also, participate CPIR meetings for lesson learns.
  • Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to manage all deliveries.
