What you'll do
The Associate Product Manager, In Store Digital will ensure key support to in-store technology delivery teams.

This role will ensure that the in-store technology delivery teams are provided the organization, communications and engagement to ensure success.


This role will ensure that proper delivery processes are measured and will drive the team to meet milestones, remain within budget and ensure quality delivery that supports sustainability, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

Moreover, this role will help enhance and document proper project management processes and techniques to evolve an efficient and structured approach going forward.

The Associate Product Manager, In Store Digital will be responsible for providing support and leadership to ensure in-store digital technology teams are providing seamless in-store experiences for customers and store staff


Other responsibilities include:

  • Triage crossfunctional project intake requests and manage weekly status meetings and VP product steerco
  • Ensure key milestone dates are being met by the instore technology teams to ensure successful funding requests.
  • Provide expertise and support to aid teams with backlog refinement and financial discipline.
  • Support capital management and forecasting processes were required
  • Develop and maintain crossfunctional calendar of major decision and approval events.
  • Maintain and encourage open lines of communication between key crossfunctional areas and dealer network.
  • Provide postdelivery admin support for the instore technology portfolios
  • Support In-Store technology team to ensure successful preparation for decision and approval events and communicate the outcomes to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support instore digital initiatives delivery, as required, to scope projects, develop requirements, build processes and controls and manage project plans

What you bring

  • Experience in Fulfillment, Order Management, Store Operations, Digital or eCommerce
  • Strong retail and/or eCommerce background, with knowledge of eCommerce technologies considered an asset
  • 2+ years project experience with 1+ years of experience managing medium projects using a disciplined agile approach to project management
  • Experience in creating project cost benefit analyses, presenting project budgets, assumptions; ability to attend to management queries related to project budget
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to present project details while actively listening and engaging with Dealers to gather requirements
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, providing great insights and recommendations
  • Proven ability to develop effective crossorganization relationships, collaborating and communicating across businesses and technology stakeholders
  • Highly organized and adept at prioritization
  • Recognize and keep track of all the moving pieces in projects, adjusting to new information, goals, and conflicting product priorities
  • Firstclass influencing skills, including experience working within a large matrix organization
  • An excellent communicator, with the ability to engage, influence, inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is considered an asset
