Company Overview:

We are a catering company specializing in southern-style BBQ.

Our services include operating a food truck on the streets, running a food delivery service through platforms like Uber Eats and DoorDash, and catering private events, weddings, and movie sets.

Position:
Prep Cook / Kitchen Helper

Job Duties:

Prepare and cook catering meals as instructed by supervisors
Conduct food preparations for menu items
Assemble and package food, serving it to customers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Stock both food and nonfood items
Take customers' orders and complete transactions
Set up and serve buffets
Drop off catering meals to customers
Maintain cleanliness of the store

Requirements:

Legally eligible to work in Canada
Ability to lift loads up to 15 kg (33 lbs)
Driver's lisence

Qualifications:

Flexibility with the work schedule
Effective communication skills with team members

Assets (Not a Requirement):

Professional cooking experience
Food Safe (Level 1) certification
Serve It Right certification
