Are you looking to take the next step in your career? As a GardaWorld Branch Administrator***in Thunder Bay, you will oversee a defined portfolio of customers and accounts and ensure that quality service and overall accuracy is being provided to customers, both internally and externally. You will also be responsible for the overall control and reduction of overtime, non-billable costs, and open hours.
Reporting to the
Account Manager
, you will work collaboratively with Account Managers, Branch Managers, Portfolio Directors, and Recruiting

- Set up of customers in WinTeam and Gsked
- Maintain an assigned portfolio of customers/accounts
- Fills all open shifts with the proper classification of guard
- Confirm and approve billing and payroll for assigned portfolio
- Investigate and resolve reported pay discrepancies
- Maintain staffing requirements and extra coverage
- Control the overall reduction of OT, training, and other nonbillable costs
- Sets up all new coverage orders in WinTeam and Gsked
- Administer coverage change orders and cancellations
- 1 to 2 years previous Scheduling experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience, specifically Excel
- Available to work on weekends
