Who you are

You're an experienced business professional with an eagle eye for detail and desire to help others do their best. You like variety in your work and can easily navigate your way around spreadsheets, contracts, files and reports.


What you bring- At least 3 years of proven experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or paralegal, accounting or property management fields having worked in either (or both) the Landlord or Tenant sector.

Bonus skills and experience- Fluency in French and English is preferred.- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.- Strong communication skills- Strong analytical and technology/database skills.


What success looks like- You contribute to a better contract by identifying errors, compliance issues and other anomalies.- You take the initiative to work proactively with landlords and clients to resolve any disputes issues.- You consistently deliver high quality work on time and on budget.
