This is exactly what we have to offer you with our position of Marketing Strategist for our agricultural and industrial aftermarket sectors.


Here's an overview of your tasks:

  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics for a wide variety of projects (product launches, campaigns, programs, events, digital marketing, branding, etc.)
  • Take charge of the execution of strategic projects
  • Develop our CRM (Salesforce) strategies by ensuring a link and cohesion with the other departments using it
  • Develop performance indicators that lead to action
  • Collaborate with market intelligence colleagues to obtain the information necessary to develop strategies
  • Work with marketing team members to execute and achieve the strategies and tactics developed
  • Participate in the improvement of the marketing team's processes and the organization;
  • Ensure the link and synergy between marketing and the product, sales and ecommerce teams
  • Write copy and key messages
  • Occasionally participate in the creation of content for our social media platforms

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


  • University degree in business administration (marketing option), marketing or communications
  • At least 78 years of relevant experience
  • Be bilingual
  • Mastery of a CRM tool
  • Knowledge of agriculture (an asset)
  • Ability to work on several projects at the same time
  • Ability to work in a team and be influential in the adoption of his ideas
  • Excellent ability to popularize ideas
  • Ability to communicate and present to a group
