We are providing temporary staffing assignments to hospitals in downtown Toronto.

We offer professional and dedicated healthcare services to private homes, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, long-term care facilities, nursing homes, retirement residences, clinics, outpatient wellness, and company workplace settings.

Scope and Responsibilities
This role is assigned to a home setting for our clients residing in Greater Toronto Area.

Review and understand the client's care plan
Provide quality client care which includes but not limited to bathing, feeding, dressing, transfers and ambulation, etc.
Attend to general daytoday housekeeping of the home such as laundry and cooking
Prepare meals with respect to diet and budget; store meals in advance
Escort client to doctor appointments and other daily errands (shopping, banking)
Remain present and accessible to the clients for their other additional needs
Complete daily report sheets and other documentation as required in client's home
Report changes in the status of the clients with regards to emotional, social, physical, or environmental aspects

Who We Are Looking For

Holder of PSW certificate from an accredited institution or a Nursing diploma
Working knowledge of spoken and written English
Has 1+ year of recent experience as a PSW/PCA in an acute care hospital setting or has a related nursing experience
Current BLS certification or CPR HCP/Level C
Ability to meet all health and compliance requirements
Has the flexibility to work different shifts: morning, afternoon, evening (4hour, 8hour, or 12hour shifts)

Monday to Sunday (depending on your availability)

4-hour, 8-hour, or 12-hour shift
