As a member of the Global Logistics PMO, you will be tasked with supporting Global Strategic Programs, working directly with the Management Team on top priority initiatives.

Able to navigate different levels of the organisation with ease, adjusting as needed based on who your stakeholders are (understand how to managing up or down)

What's On Your Plate:

Leading multiple projects simultaneously that enhance operational efficiency, improve stakeholder experience and optimise network outcomes.
Lead project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including managing change and risks of projects.
Working in conjunction with stakeholders to define project priorities, objectives, scope, and deliverables, in alignment with Skip's goals and objectives.
Oversee completion of required project documentation to create project alignment and transparency.
Working with and interpreting large data sets to drive project objectives.
Ensure effective project management tracking and communication standards resulting in the transparency of progress and awareness and understanding by key stakeholders.
Active stakeholder management with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are understood and met.
Stay ahead of key developments in the industry and among competitors to elevate Project Management/Program Management discipline and delivery capabilities.
