    In this role, you'll provide a comprehensive range of financial services to individuals, businesses, and public sector corporations across Canada.

    This is a hybrid position reporting to the Manager of Client Services, Private Banking 1859.
    Support the Senior Private Banker in delivering services and ensuring administrative follow-up.
    Answer client questions and act as a resource person for the firm's policies, procedures, and complex products.
    Complete administrative tasks, open business and personal files and carry out various transactions on behalf of clients.
    Analyze client accounts, make follow-up calls, identify operational issues, and propose solutions.
    Coach and act as a mentor in guiding and training new or less experienced employees.

    You'll work closely with other members of the sector and report to the Manager of Customer Service, Private Banking 1859.

    Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
    Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products
    Knowledge of Microsoft 365
    Experience in personal and/or commercial credit an asset
    French language is an asset
