Counter Person Job Description

Duties:

Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
Organizing and maintaining inventory
Fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently
Utilizing Excel spreadsheets to track inventory and sales data
Performing retail math calculations to determine pricing and discounts
Representing the dealership in a professional manner to customers and vendors
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Stocking shelves and displays as needed

Qualifications:

Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in order fulfillment or retail sales preferred
Basic math skills with the ability to perform retail math calculations
Knowledge of the local market preferred
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fastpaced environment

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years retail parts counter experience
Flexible hours (including Saturdays)
Experience in dealing with clients/customers
Computer literate (Microsoft office suite)

- able to work in a group and individually

Able to multitask
Valid driver's license
Bilingual (French and English)
Capable of lifting up to 25kg items
