The Opportunity:


CBRE is seeking a resourceful, proactive, and dynamic person to provide administrative and marketing support in an upbeat team environment.

This role is the backbone of the sales team and is highly valued.


Responsibilities include:

  • Perform real estate administrative tasks such as coordinating client correspondence, updating databases and files, maintaining MLS listings and documents related to transactions.
  • Coordinate sales professionals' schedules and record action items during meetings.
  • Produce eyecatching social media posts and other communication materials while maintaining the CBRE brand.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
  • Coordinate sales events such as open houses and other industry events.
  • Carryout special projects as requested.

What we require:

  • Postsecondary education or equivalent combined experience and education; degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience providing administrative support to a team of professionals, sales or marketing environment preferred.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, would be considered an asset.
