Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill the position of
Analyst, Network & Security.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Network & Security, the position is responsible for all aspects of the Network and Security of each Dealership at Dilawri Group of Companies.

Occasional travel to dealerships requiring onsite work.

Essential Duties:

Attend remote/on-site for all maintenance, repair, replacement, upgrades, configurations, testing, training, and support for the following areas related to Network & Security:

Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of complex systems, including network, servers, and workstations.
Support network engineers with troubleshooting and configuration.
Implement, maintain, and support network and security systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
Design, implement, and troubleshoot VPN and remote access solutions.
Conduct network capacity planning to ensure optimal network performance, including capacity planning, sizing, and forecasting.
Monitor, maintain, and repair network devices.
Maintain and monitor network services, including DHCP, DNS, and WINS
Setting up LAN and WAN networks, as well as Voice Over IP and VTC devices.
Managing IP addresses and resolving conflicts.
Monitoring and maintaining network servers and performing upgrades.
Monitor and collaborate with ISPs to ensure proper connectivity speeds and uptime to all locations.
Performing system administration tasks and ensuring network security.
Implementing and maintaining network security measures.
Documenting processes and monitoring network performance metrics.
Consulting with internal departments and training IT support staff.
Keeping up with advancements in network technologies and solutions.

University Degree or College Diploma in IT field, or equivalent experience

Organizational ability and attention to detail

Exceptional ability to provide network support and resolve errors.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related technical field
3+ years' experience as a network analyst, systems analyst
Knowledge of Windows network operating systems, protocols, and procedures
Experience with all Meraki hardware setup and configurations via dashboard.
Expertise in developing and maintaining network documentation.
Excellent vendor management
Dealership experience or knowledge is a plus
