Position purpose:


Reporting to the Supervisor, Awards:


In this role you will:


Ensure that the various databases containing the terms of reference for all scholarships are kept up to date so that applicants have the correct information in relation to the eligibility criteria and are not misled.


What you will bring:

Post-secondary degree

A minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience as a resource person.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in file analysis, interpretation and explanation of complex regulations and procedures.

Experience in inputting, analyzing and auditing student records.

Experience in administrative writing.


Demonstrated experience in the use of information management and database systems and various office software programs (e.g., client management system, external departmental database systems, student information system, etc.).

Knowledge of post-secondary education programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels and applicable regulations.

Knowledge of granting agency, internal, and departmental scholarship programs.

Organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills while ensuring confidentiality of information.

Attention to detail.

Bilingualism (oral and written).
