The Role
Responsibilities:
- Sales and
Marketing Strategy Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Manager to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Collaborate on the creation of strategic plans, identify market opportunities, and define target audiences.- Sales and
Marketing Operations:
Collaborate with department heads on development and implementation of strategies to enhance sales and marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee regular sales and marketing operations to ensure they run smoothly and according to established processes. Track performance against goals set by department heads.
- Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. This is to include management of leads and accounts in Salesforce, including collaborating with Sales Reps/Managers to ensure records are up to date. Create and update sales and marketing reports and dashboards to provide insights to both teams (Sales & Marketing). Collaborate with IT to implement Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
- Quoting: Ensure complete and thorough understanding of all aspects of the quoting program and maintenance/administration of the program. Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotes to Sales Managers for prospective customers. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotes align with customer needs and company pricing strategies. Prepare quotes for internal sales of products to existing clients as well as preparing proposal and contract for those clients. Maintain a database of pricing information and product specifications for reference. Work internally with our project and design teams to ensure accuracy in quoting. This includes gaining input/calculations from design as required for running quotations, working with procurement to ensure pricing in program is accurate and reflective of supplier pricing, and working with Operations and Service to ensure that quotes are reflective of manufacturing and installation requirements.
- Administrative Support (5 hours): Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including the Sales Representatives/Managers as well as the Sales & Marketing Manager. Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing presentations, proposals, and reports. Manage communication and coordination between sales and marketing teams. Managing and responding to incoming leads and handing off to appropriately to correct sales team members. Report to VP Sales and Sales & Marketing Manager on response time of sales team members to active SQLs and MQLs that are handed off to them. Assist sales team in their preparation of Bid/RFP processes by compiling internal information.
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Post secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Experience with SalesForce
- 2+ years' experience in administration
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Tech savvy

Salary:
$58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
