Description

This newly created role is an entry level position reporting into the Senior Contracts Manager. We are looking for someone willing to make an immediate impact on this team.

Negotiate, prepare and review SaaS "Software as a Service" contracts in accordance with established templates, processes, terms and company standards.
Review RFP documentation and assist with preparing responses to legal/contract questions, where necessary
Liaise with internal stakeholders in sales, finance, product and implementation, as necessary
Prepare contract amendments, addendums and support renewal process.
Perform administrative functions such as record contract in-take, storing and retrieving contracts and documenting contract exceptions.
Ensuring company's good standing and compliance with applicable Federal (US & Canada) and applicable state/province laws.
Maintain comprehensive contract repository and workflow queue.
Coordinate delivery of client requested information, including Certificates of Insurance.

Qualifications
2+ years experience drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating and advising on commercial business contracts, preferably SaaS agreement, software and data licensing agreements and general business acumen

Ability to support the growth of the legal/contracts department

Post-secondary legal training or education

Experience working with sales teams and multiple business units

Knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign CLM is an asset

Ability to work independently in a remote WFH environment

Proficient with MS Office, Adobe, and other tools
