Technical Service Representative - Montréal, Canada - Cole International
Description
Reporting to the Customs Manager, the Technical Service Representative is responsible for a wide variety of technical duties to ensure the timely and accurate processing of customs entries and maintenance of clients' import databases.
This includes but not limited to researching information on imported products and working with various trade chain partners (clients, carriers, vendors, Customs, and other Cole branches) to affect the release and final accounting of customs entries.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Computer literacy
- Minimum 35 years of direct work experience as a customs brokerage rater
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures
- Industryrelated studies required (CCS, professional designation, CTCS, etc.)
