Description

• Optical dispensing (troubleshooting glasses, dispensing and selling glasses, and/or contact lens fitting)
• Management of sales and admin staff. Ensuring sales targets are met and admin tasks are complete
• Instilling excellent customer service and attentiveness from our staff
• Responsible for being up to date on the latest eyewear trends and lens options
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations for customers
• Technical assistance (may include lab duties and minor adjustments)
• Responsible for adhering to all provincial dispensing guidelines
• Obtain optical and lensometry measurements: including prescription identification, measuring, and recording both nearsightedness and farsightedness
• Build customer relationships through exceptional customer service and follow up service
• Meet and surpass individual target and team targets
• Attend and participate in store meetings and training sessions

• Highly motivated and a selfstarter
• Fluent in written and oral English (knowledge of a second language is an asset)
• Quick learner
• Must dress business casual. No jeans, shorts, tshirts, leggings or hats

• Base salary of $62,400 plus bonus pay based on revenue targets.
