As Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the ongoing planning and delivery of programs. You're interested in project and product management and are comfortable being a bridge between technical collaborators and non-technical stakeholders. You have a knack to organize and implement administrative systems and procedures.


What you will do:


  • Support the implementation and delivery of initiatives that align with the scope and objectives of the program in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • As Program Coordinator the portfolio of programs may include: the Environmental Social and Governance program (ESG), the Information Management program (IM); the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) program; and ISO 27001 program.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies within each program.
  • Create and manage key metrics and targets, and report progress to senior management.
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, project managers, project teams, sponsors, and senior management, to provide updates on program status and address any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor program performance and adjust the program plans to ensure it remains on track.

What you bring:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating programs and projects, preferably in program management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Prince
  • Knowledge of relevant tools such as project management software, collaboration tools, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
