Our TRL People Strategy team is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team to develop and support "People Programs'' that drive improved team member performance, engagement, and total well-being at every stage of the TRL team member lifecycle.
From Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Coaching/Performance Development, Talent/Career Development and Organization Design - we are focused on empowering our team members at every stage of their journey.
The TRL People Strategy team is responsible for our strategic workforce transformation and identifying "what good looks like" at each stage of the TRL team member lifecycle and enabling our workforce to achieve desired outcomes.
We are also responsible for defining TRL field roles and expectations, infusing the principles of diversity & inclusion into core programs, and ensuring Total Well-Being for all team members.
We achieve our goals in partnership with multiple teams including Human Resources, Training, Sales teams, Talent Acquisition, TRL Sales & Support Strategy Workforce management.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will manage programs across multiple areas of the TRL team member lifecycle from development through to go-to-market, adoption and reinforcement
Examples include:

Field Roles, Expectations and Performance Assessment
- Our business and our people are evolving You will be responsible for defining and productizing roles and expectations for all levels within TRL across multiple workstyles, brands and modes
- Update and maintain role assessment tools, including validation support materials
- Work with partners to identify skills development opportunities, find efficiencies and build tools to help team members at all levels meet their potential
TRL Engagement Strategy & Program Support
- Prime the engagement program for TRL including identifying opportunities and working with key sponsors to influence, track and communicate program outcomes
- Supporting TRL recruitment and retention programs to ensure top talent is attracted and developed
People Insights, Analysis and Strategy
- Provide consult to crossfunctional partners to ensure "TRL People Strategy" outcomes are considered in development and delivery of all programs
- Develop a People Strategy dashboard by seeking out/leveraging available reporting and analysis to provide business leaders with key People Strategy insights; using insights to inform and recommend next best actions
Program support across team member lifecycle as required
- e.g. talent development, performance development, onboarding, D&I etc

Great to Haves:
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Postsecondary education in Business, Organizational Psychology or Human Resources (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly GSuite)
