Job Summary
7 auto collision is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will play a fundamental role in the customer service experience.
Responsibilities
Engage in a positive, professional manner with customers, sales representatives, and team members.
- Greet customers and take the lead in the sales process.
- Process customer purchases and returns.
- Assist in the order entry process.
- Assist in the production process.
- Assist in the cycle time process.
- Provide information on product features and benefits.
- Answer customer questions about specific products and brands.
- Monitor online inventory to ensure supplies are available and order more if needed.
- Participate in internal audits to ensure standards are met.
- Participate in team activities, such as staff meetings, staff training, and staff events.
- Attend customer events and trade shows as needed.
- Maintain customer files including keeping records of interactions, payment methods, and purchases.
Qualifications Experience required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (preferred)
- College Degree preferred Work experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required (Salesforce is a big plus).
Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- AUTOBODY: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
