Supply Chain Management Program Coordinator to join our team at the
Mississauga campus located
inside Square One Mall.



Primary Purpose:


The primary purpose of the the Supply Chain Management Program Coordinator involves curriculum development, ensuring effective educational delivery by all instructors teaching the program, thorough training and support for all faculty and ensuring that curriculum and course materials are effective and current.


The Supply Chain Management Program Coordinator will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create, update, and maintain instructor guides.
  • Train and support new instructors teaching the program, in both Brampton and Toronto.
  • Update and/or create lesson plans and assignments to help students grasp course content and how it integrates with overall student learning outcomes for the course.
  • Update and maintain the LMS with relevant course material and assessments.
  • Ensure that curriculum updates are effectively communicated and reviewed with program faculty.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other faculty regarding use of program specific software and equipment.
  • Review regularly and report on the adequacy and appropriateness of instructional materials (course guides, testing info, etc.).
  • Prepare the agenda for and lead faculty calls with faculty members.
  • Nurture a collaborative environment among faculty to support efficient educational delivery and student success.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in all aspects for program delivery and ensure education is delivered with the guidelines of the Quality Assurance Framework.

Qualifications:


  • University degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management is required.
  • Five (5) years of fulltime supply chain and logistics experience is required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years teaching experience in a postsecondary level institution is required.
  • Masters in a related field is preferred.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional is preferred.
  • A degree or diploma in adult education is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of Adult Learning Principles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of D2L Brightspace or another learning management system is considered an asset.

Hours of Work:

This is a
temporary full-time position. Hours of work will be 10am - 7pm or 1pm

  • 10 pm, Monday to Friday.

Start Date:

The scheduled start for this opportunity is immediate and end date is December 31st, 2023.
