Deveraux Apartment Communities has been a comprehensive, professional property management firm since 2011. It presently manages over 1900 multi-family apartment units in Regina, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg, and NOW Edmonton.

As a Cleaning Associate, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager and be responsible for all interior common space cleaning and move-out cleaning duties at designated properties.

Your primary objective will be to maintain and improve the appearance of the interiors, provide top-notch service, and create an enjoyable living experience for residents.

You will...


As a Cleaning Associate, your job is to make sure that residents live in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

You'll be responsible for cleaning all common areas of the building, including entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry and garbage rooms, and other areas that need attention.

Additionally, you may be tasked with cleaning vacant suites and performing other touch-ups as needed and managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

You may also be asked to help with garbage pickup, complete end-of-month cleaning for "move-out" units and assist with minor maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues.

Finally, you'll need to be flexible and take on other tasks assigned by the Regional Operations Manager, such as preparing for inspections or responding to resident requests, to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable in their homes.


You must be legally eligible to work in Canada (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a satisfactory Criminal Background Check.
