Know and master the offer of products and services offered by Groupe

  • Know and master the offer of products and services related to printing solutions
  • Know and master the offer of products and services related to electronic document management solutions
  • Know and master the operation of the products and services offered by Groupe CT
  • Master the techniques of developing needs for all products and services offered by Groupe CT
  • Know the concurrently differentiators of the products and services offered by Groupe CT

Maintaining the customer base (CRM):


  • Record all data related to prospecting activities on a daily basis in Salesforce software

Delivery of official documents:


  • Prepare proposals/quotes for existing and/or prospective clients
  • Design presentation documents (Proposal, analysis, comparison, spreadsheet, report)

Retain existing customers:


  • Regularly follow up on satisfaction with existing customers
  • Master the financial and service history of a client file in order to discover new opportunities
  • Propose optimization of existing clients' current service programs and conditions
  • Be available to respond quickly to customer needs

Achieve sales results:


  • Maintain a level of weekly activities in line with corporate requirements
  • Engage in commercial activities allowing the qualification of profitable business opportunities
  • Perform strategic followups based on the buying cycle of existing customers
  • Influence a customer's purchasing criteria
  • Manage objections and obstacles
  • Negotiating profitable agreements

Be part of a team:


  • Participate in team meetings
  • Participate in training programs ordered to maintain uptodate knowledge of solutions and products offered by the company
  • Be actively involved in all team initiatives ordered by the immediate supervisor
  • Recognize corporate needs and issues and contribute to the resolution of problems arising from them
  • All other related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales position
  • Bilingual: French and English
  • Experience in the multifunctional devices industry and/or document management (an asset)
