Working in a collaborative team-based environment, the Property Administrator will support a variety of stakeholders during the completion of an organization-wide system replacement.


  • This is a hybrid paid position for the duration of May to September._

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist the processing of centralized invoices
  • Provide support to site teams and Property Administrators on communications to vendors to instruct them on how and who to submit invoices to in the golive environment
  • Manage a new central Outlook inbox for invoices from vendors, beginning with operating invoices and in suite capital invoices
  • Provide support to site teams and Property Administrators on communications to vendors to instruct them on how and who to submit invoices to in the golive environment
  • Suggest and document process improvement initiatives and provide training through team's meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Currently enrolled as an accounting/finance student and planning to return to school fall rd or 4th year student preferably)
  • Proficient with MS Excel + Office
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions
  • Detail oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
  • Eager for exposure to real estate accounting processes and procedures
