Description

At Kidco Construction, we are building Calgary from the ground down.

We are looking for a safety conscious and experienced
HEAVY HAUL DRIVER (Class 1) to join our Heavy Haul Division.

Has a valid
Class 1 Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract

Is experienced loading, hauling, and unloading a variety of heavy equipment (excavators, scrapers, dozers, packers, rock trucks, etc):

Is well versed in load securement, blocking and rigging, and chaining
Work safely and efficiently so that equipment is moved in a timely manner
Is physically able to bend, crouch, kneel, lift, crawl etc. while loading gear
Will perform daily maintenance and thorough safety preoperation checks
Applicants with mountain driving experience is an asset
Works well in team setting and is a team player

Typical Schedule:

Monday
Friday: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
Saturday: 68 hours.
