- Coordinating the monthly oversight and portfolio performance reporting process for the SFS portfolio.
- Support the Account Manager with periodic originator audits by providing data from the SFS Database.
- Collaborate with other functions across the SLC Operations group to facilitate the integration and interaction of data from the SFS originator monitoring program to the various administration and reporting systems.
- Analyze, interpret, and organize data to support reconciliation of the SFS originator monitoring program.
- Recommends and develops innovative solutions to operational problems that help streamline activities and improve team efficiency. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Well-developed ability to flowchart and document procedures as well as identify and mitigate control gaps.
- Deadline oriented, self-motivated and capable of handling conflicting priorities.

- Proficient with reporting systems and tools – Outlook, MS Office products, BOXI or other report writing applications.
- Excel proficiency - ability to create, manipulate and interpret data/spreadsheets; comfortable working with formulas, vlookups, pivot tables.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced changing environment a must.
- Communication Skills – contributes effectively to business discussions, presents technical information effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, and produces full and clear business reports. Interaction with Investment Financial Management, Canadian Banking, Derivatives, Portfolio and Risk Management.

- Experience using a variety of administration systems (PAM for securities/Aladdin/Enterprise/Precision LM.
- Professional accounting/finance designation (CPA/CFA).
- 4-6 years industry or Financial Services experience. Unique Requirements:
- Certain days during the month/year may not be eligible for vacation days, specifically around month-end, quarter-end and year-end.
- Perform operations functions during US & CAD holidays.

The investment portfolio of approximately $50 billion includes Corporate Credit, Infrastructure Debt, Structured Credit and Private Equity.The successful applicant will work closely with the Specialty Finance & Securitization (SFS) team to maintain the ongoing relationships with originators.
