    We have an exciting opportunity available – We are seeking a full time Estimating Administrator to join our Estimating team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

    This is a one-year term position with the possibility of an extension or switch to a permanent position.

    SUMMARY OF POSITION

    Reporting to the Chief Estimator, as the Estimating Administrator, you will provide general administrative support and help information flow smoothly to/from and within the estimating group.

    Specific duties include but are not limited to:
    Review and monitor multiple platforms for potential tenders.
    Maintain relationships with subcontractors, architects, and clients.
    Prepare, schedule, attend and assist in the tender strategy meetings, recording meeting minutes as required.
    Receive, organize, and review all tender documents for completeness.
    Assist in ensuring that bid forms and supplementary information are collected and ready for tender close.
    Assist in distributing subtrade quotes.
    Assist in maintaining up-to-date and accurate contact information for suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients.
    Assist project management and operations teams with tender documents throughout construction process as required.
    Other duties as required.

    Essential Requirements:

    High School Diploma or equivalent
    Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    Minimum 1 year of experience in construction with knowledge of construction processes, verbiage and concepts.
    Knowledgeable in using office equipment, Microsoft Office Programs and Estimating software.

    Preferred Requirements:

    Degree/Diploma in Architectural and Building Technology would be an asset.
    Knowledge in commercial and industrial construction is preferred.
    Previous experience working in estimating is an asset.
