POSITION TITLE:
Branch Operations Manager - Fort McMurray

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY:

Responsible for planning and implementing the strategic direction of the branch to ensure profitability, growth and efficient operation of the dealership.

You will be responsible for motivating your staff while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will set dealership goals and ensure they are met while building relationships with employees, customers, and the community.

KEY POSITION FUNCTIONS:

Recruit, train, motivate and review all department Managers and direct reports
Monitor all dealership management personnel functions and conduct reviews regularly
Review, analyze, and prepare fiscal budgets
Achievement of short and long term company objectives
Recommend changes to the policies and goals of the branch and initiate corrective actions and enforcement as required
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation and daily operations
Communicate Management policies to all staff and ensure they are understood and followed
Resolve escalated customer concerns
Conduct regular Management meetings to ensure efficiency and profitability
Ensure dealership records are maintained accurately
Provide enthusiastic leadership to help shape a positive culture and build company values
Facility upkeep and functionality
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to effectively communicate successfully both verbally and written
Must be able to lead, be approachable and confident
Must have strong leadership and time management skills
Ability to break down documents and simplify them to ensure overall understanding amongst the entire team
Good understanding of performance metrics
Excellent Customer Service skills
Must be Team orientated with strong interpersonal skills
46 years of Management experience
Degree in Business considered an asset
