We're on the lookout for a passionate Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop and leverage data analysis to support our Distribution and Logistics teams in making data-informed business decisions.
You will learn and review existing processes related to our Distribution & Fulfillment Operations in North America to identify potential improvements and support at realizing these opportunities.
Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Analytics [70% time]
- Monitor supply chain performance and develop reports to measure and update KPI's and targets.
- Create dashboards to capture operational and financial performance of each Supply Chain function and report results regularly.
- Facilitate KPIdriven culture to enable a successful execution of Oak & Fort Supply Chain strategic roadmap
- Analyze financial data related to supply chain operations and develop budgets
- Conduct market research and analysis to support decisionmaking.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in DC Operations
- Work with DC leadership on continuous improvement projects to improve service and reduce cost.
- Conduct root cause analysis of supply chain issues and support the development of corrective actions
- Support troubleshooting related to systems and reports impacting DC operations
Logistics [20% time]
- Support Logistics Team at compiling and analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting findings to measure fulfilment and delivery performance.
- Liaise with Planning and Commercial Teams to obtain forecast required for capacity panning by distribution centers and Carriers (inbound ocean/air and outbound; parcel/LTL).
- Support at exploring and identifying solutions that can enhance visibility and control of product flow endtoend (Vendors to Customers).
- Seek opportunities to reduce freight leadtime and costs
Other Tasks assigned [10% time]
- Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Collaborate with IT to develop and implement technology solutions to improve supply chain operations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or a data/engineering related field
- 23 years of experience in data analytics with a preference in operations, supply chain or the retail industry
- Highly skilled in data analysis and BI tools, specifically in Excel and PowerBI
- Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain technology solutions (Handson knowledge working with NetSuite or RF-Smart is a big plus)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A highly organized and autonomous spirit cable of manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
