The Role


As a member of BI team in our Data Management & Analytics Function (DMAF), the person will be accountable for meeting day-to-day data/reporting/dashboarding needs of business users with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.


  • Develop a clear understanding of strategic business imperatives and issues to frame requirements for reporting/dashboarding or performance measurement solutions
  • Working as a trusted business partner, develop and execute BI artifacts aligned with business priorities
  • Develop BI solutions (data sets, reports, dashboards, descriptive analytics, etc.) within a complex and fastpaced environment using various BI technologies
  • Manage ad hoc requests from business leaders/users with appropriate prioritization
  • Build and manage report catalog with welldefined SLAs and regular compliance reporting
  • Follow the standard reporting process/workflow and other BI standards and best practices (including solid documentation of schedules and queries)
  • Transform reports/dashboards into "BI products" with a standard and consistent design and look & feel for enhanced user experience
  • Regularly identify usability problems and make suggestions for improvement (e.g., automation) in BI products delivered
  • Help automate various reports/processes using tools such as PowerAutomate, VBA macros, etc.
  • Through continuous learning, enhance your knowledge of organization's IT systems and data

What You Bring To The Team

  • 3+ years of financial services experience desirable
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI
  • 3+ years of experience Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • 1+ years of PowerAutomate and/or VBA macros experience
  • Experience working with and creating models, databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science/Computer Engineering is desirable
