The Role

As a member of BI team in our Data Management & Analytics Function (DMAF), the person will be accountable for meeting day-to-day data/reporting/dashboarding needs of business users with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.

Develop a clear understanding of strategic business imperatives and issues to frame requirements for reporting/dashboarding or performance measurement solutions
Working as a trusted business partner, develop and execute BI artifacts aligned with business priorities
Develop BI solutions (data sets, reports, dashboards, descriptive analytics, etc.) within a complex and fastpaced environment using various BI technologies
Manage ad hoc requests from business leaders/users with appropriate prioritization
Build and manage report catalog with welldefined SLAs and regular compliance reporting
Follow the standard reporting process/workflow and other BI standards and best practices (including solid documentation of schedules and queries)
Transform reports/dashboards into "BI products" with a standard and consistent design and look & feel for enhanced user experience
Regularly identify usability problems and make suggestions for improvement (e.g., automation) in BI products delivered
Help automate various reports/processes using tools such as PowerAutomate, VBA macros, etc.
Through continuous learning, enhance your knowledge of organization's IT systems and data

What You Bring To The Team

3+ years of financial services experience desirable
3+ years of experience with SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI
3+ years of experience Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
1+ years of PowerAutomate and/or VBA macros experience
Experience working with and creating models, databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science/Computer Engineering is desirable
