Note:
this is an office position requiring travel between flour and feed mills as required.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

Provide guidance and coaching to senior leaders and frontline managers in areas such as performance management, progressive discipline, salary administration, conflict resolution, training and career development, attendance management and employee/labour relations.
Liaises as a single point of contact for both managers and employees within an assigned client group.
Assist management with collective agreement administration and interpretation, grievance investigation and resolution, and bargaining support.
Provide coaching to all levels of employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Participate in HR related projects and initiatives, including policy development, communications, and training.
Identify and evaluate industry best practices and business trends and capitalize on opportunities that will improve the company's competitive advantage.
Partner with leaders, managers, and the HR/Talent team to achieve business results.
Previous experience in manufacturing or operations is required.
Previous experience in labour relations is required.
University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources.
Minimum of 68 years of Human Resources experience, with demonstrated progression in HR roles and responsibilities.
Must have strong problemsolving skills with an ability to recommend and influence leaders on solutions to complex issues.
Must be flexible in your ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, having a high tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty as business conditions change.
