Position:


Our future Vice President will be a visionary leader whose mission will be to propel the growth of the organization on a global scale with the objective of ensuring the company's sustainability.

Reporting to the President, he will be responsible for all actions aimed at developing business strategies that integrate the synergy of sales and marketing.

A fine strategist and business development leader, he will develop a very good knowledge of the wealth management markets, strong skills in seizing opportunities, and in concluding strategic alliances and partnerships.


The main responsibilities will be to drive revenue growth through the development of new strategic partners, implement business development strategies in line with the company's strategic objectives and values while optimizing the full potential of existing relationships.

The mission will be to translate strategic issues into innovative partnership opportunities and value creation.

He/she will maximize Croesus' reach in the international financial and technology markets and ensure flawless execution of its entire team.


Main responsibilities:


  • Drive the strategy, development and execution of the annual revenue plan in concert with the company's strategic plan.
  • Ensure synergy and leadership of the key business development areas of the sales and marketing teams.
  • In collaboration with the Product Leader, identify and develop market segments that represent significant growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and master the market and the competition.
  • Provide leadership to key customer relationships and participate in the closing of strategic opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and development to the team while maximizing internal collaboration to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Monitor and implement best practices in terms of governance, KPIs and growth metrics
  • Facilitate and encourage the implementation of a continuous process improvement environment and customer experience mindset.

  • Proven experience leading a sales management, marketing, strategic market analysis and branding function.
  • Ambitious visionary who is committed to customer experience excellence.
  • Skilled negotiator who thrives on the challenge of discovering new and lucrative business opportunities.
  • Excellent knowledge of international business development best practices (Europe & US), governance and KPI's.
  • Seasoned networker with a track record of success in identifying key players in the technology and financial sectors.
  • Ability to take initiative to turn concepts into reality.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment with an agile DEVOPS culture

years of proven ability to build, lead and coach an international sales force within a service or technology design organization.
