Position Summary


The Sales Manager is involved in all aspects of the development and implementation of Allure Ventures internal and external communication strategies.

The Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and protecting Allure's reputation by developing and executing media relations and public relations strategies and plans that include brand building, corporate promotions, and internal/external communications initiatives.


Role Objectives & Responsibilities:


  • Must have the ability to be an influential communications resource within the organization. Strong working knowledge of communication principles and practices.
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines and execute on projects in a fastpaced environment and see a project through to completion.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Must be capable of maintaining confidentiality, with a high level of accuracy regarding information.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively with all levels of employees is critical.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably in the real estate development industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a track record of successful marketing campaign execution and brand management.
  • Advance working knowledge of Microsoft office, adobe products, media monitoring software, design software, and other public relation tools.
  • Hands on experience with google tools like Trends, Adworks, Keyword Analyzer, Tag Manager etc.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to inspire and motivate a team toward achieving common goals.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
You are a high functioning team player with a passion for everything marketing. Strong emphasis on writing and communication skills with a fluent knowledge of real estate project marketing.

You have a good grasp on the use of sales and branding media whether it be in print or digital form.

You are creative and can work well with team members on getting a project executed to completion.
