From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.


Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will further strengthen and contribute to the success of the Sales team within IBG and its subsidiaries.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:


  • Create and maintain critical path timelines for all projects from development to delivery.
  • Review and sign off on all costings and quotes at the product development and sourcing stage.
  • Manage and update costings and quotes to account for any changes that may occur during the order process.
  • Budget control for Orchard costings and quotations to the client.
  • Monitor purchase orders issued to factories. Ensure samples are coming and delivery times are adhered to.
  • Provide customers with pricing and leadtime for all new projects by evaluating budgets, costs, complexity, and other factors. Ensure timely delivery of samples, quotes, and orders.
  • Resolve any complaints or issues by developing solutions and making recommendations.
  • Communicate with clients during the development and order process to ensure critical path timelines are adhered to.

ABOUT YOU:


  • You have a bachelor's degree; ideally in business or marketing
  • 35 years' experience working in project management
  • Project Management Certificate considered an asset
  • Previous experience working in product development considered an asset
  • Previous experience and strong understanding of the beauty industry
