About The Role
Our Yoga Studio team is looking for highly skilled and enthusiastic Pilates instructors who want to share their passion for bringing balance and strength with an experience like no other.
Our offerings energize our guests through everything from Mat Pilates to Hot HIIT in an infrared warm to hot studio space.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Deliver worldclass fitness experiences that emphasize entertainment, education, and communitybuilding
- Develop class programming, playlists, and signature elements that allow your own unique approach and practice to shine while working within the framework of the S&T brand and standards of excellence
- Motivate, inspire and build relationships with guests as well as fellow team members
- Show up on time mins before the scheduled class time) and is be fully prepared to offer an exceptional experience to students
- Live the brand values of leading by example, being relentless in finding a way, and demonstrating that we are stronger together
- Participate in promotional events, photo/video shoots, and brand initiatives
- Act as a Sweat & Tonic ambassador, both in and out of class
Qualifications
- Mat Pilates Certification
- Complete 600 hr Certification is a plus
- Thorough understanding of teaching to open level groups
- Comfortability teaching in warm/hot studio spaces
- Continued interest in additional training/continuing education/development
- Interested in feedback/discourse to inspire growth amongst teaching staff
- Committed to teaching authentically, thoughtfully, and with integrity
- Possesses a natural ability to create connections and build community
- CPR/AED Certification
