Alcon's Commercial Excellence department is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in our Mississauga office who will provide quality service to Vision Care Customers (ECPs and Retail Stores)/Key Accounts and Pharmaceutical Customers (National Accounts, Wholesalers, Hospitals, and Pharmacies) and Internal Customer (Sales Reps).

As a Bilingual Customer Service Rep, you will:

  • Handle routine to complex customer inquiries
  • Liaise with Sales Reps to provide problem resolution when required
  • Complete documentation and process credit requests
  • Perform outbound calls and log all information related to target accounts, during scheduled hours by adhering to company sales policy and guidelines.
  • Inform customers of products, promotions and services to generate new business or to increase business
  • Troubleshoot and correct EDI orders
  • Act as point of contact for Sales/Marketing & Operations
  • Manage personal performance, attendance and schedule adherence
  • Remain current on all products, policies and procedures by attending training and completing compliance requirements
  • Education Minimum Secondary School Diploma
  • Preferred: Post-Secondary School Diploma or Certificate

Minimum Experience: 1 to 3 years in a Customer Service role within a Pharmaceutical or related industry- Preferred: Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service role within a Pharmaceutical or related industry Required travel No (Role is based out of Mississauga Office)- Hours of Work: 9 AM - 5 PM (Monday - Friday)- Ability to communicate professionally (both oral & written)- Experience with Inside Sales and Outbound calling (an asset)- Proficient use of MS office, Outlook, Internet- Proficient knowledge of Windows based ERP systems (Salesforce & EDI)- Possess documentation and organizational skills- Ability to problem solve with attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment- Able to multi-task, can prioritize and remain focused- Adapts to change and strives for continuous improvement
