***Kruger Real Estate is a private investment vehicle of the Kruger family, owners of Canadian-based Kruger Inc., a diversified company that owns and operates over fifty production sites and renewable energy power plants across North America. We partner with established real estate developers in various markets to acquire, build, and renovate multifamily properties in the U.S.

Also, we provide real estate services for Kruger Inc.'s divisions, from lease reviews and negotiations to analysis of operational issues related to paper production sites, and the development of various real estate investment initiatives.

The Asset Management Coordinator will be involved in all aspects of corporate real estate activities and real estate family office, from operations and financial activities to asset management and relationships with property owners.

He/she will also support and prepare business cases related to consolidations, relocations, or renovations, as well as provide administrative support to the team and produce documents required for various projects, reports, and meetings.

He/she will have the opportunity to their innovative ideas to continually improve our real estate portfolio.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide assistance to the team to ensure completion of projects on a timely basis.
  • Assist team in drafting, reporting, meeting minutes and presentation.
  • Assist in contract review and lease negotiations.
  • Assist team in the review of contractor/supplier quotations and analyses.
  • Management of project information, including maintaining databases and filing.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team; use verbal, written, and graphical communication tools and techniques.
  • Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
  • Visit project sites, prepare reports, and distribute them to the project team.
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines.

Working conditions & physical requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

ACADEMIC

  • Administration, Engineering or Law degree preferred, but not required.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least three years of experience in real estate.
  • Projectlevel experience considered a plus.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong critical thinking skills and initiativetaking nature.
  • Experience with and understanding of legal documents.
  • Experience with lease management software, preferred but not required.
  • Experience with contract and leasing agreements preferred.
  • Understanding of OpEx and CapEx in the context of real estate.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, collaborative, and communication skills.
  • Highest levels of honesty, integrity, and ethics.
  • Able to manage stress and multitasking.
  • Dedication, motivation, drive, ambition, and commitment to the work at hand.
  • Computer literacy, proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, and overall good capabilities with technology.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic nature to facilitate success with collaborators.

LANGUAGES
Bilingual, spoken and written French and English.
