The Night Audit Supervisor is responsible for managing the hotel front office and cleaning staff during the overnight hours, acting as the main contact person for hotel guests and other hotel departments during night shift.


WHAT

WILL I BE DOING?

  • Complete all daily front desk agents' work; reconciles work from the day shift
  • Audit, balance, post and report financial transactions to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash and credit handling procedures are followed, provide performance feedback as required
  • Supervises team of night cleaners at scheduled location; directs work, reviews work, provides performance feedback and coaching to night cleaning team in the hotel; ensures that workers complete tasks in a safe manner; submits health and safety incident reports as required.
  • Provide next day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Accounting, and Executive Offices including Bonvoy Award reports (Westin)
  • Delivers and retrieves luggage, laundry, faxes, packages, and all other guest request items

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • High School Diploma required
  • Completion of Accounting and/or Hospitality courses preferred
  • 1 year customer service experience required
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Front Desk experience preferred
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts
