Sanitation Operators in Hamilton, ON.

  • Direct hire opportunity with fulltime benefits
- $ night shift premium - $19.90/hr

  • Night shift from10pm 8am 40 hours a week with overtime available
  • Longterm placement with a $2,500 signing bonus
  • Pension is available within this unionized environment
  • 4 10hour shift schedule with 3 days off
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds while working and be flexible to work night shifts

Responsibilities:


  • Clean and sanitize a variety of complex plant equipment, tools, machines and production work area; ensuring the highest level of cleanliness
  • Operate plant machines, sanitation equipment and tools (ex: floor scraper, power wash, ranches, steamers etc.) to perform cleaning activities as required
  • Operate, remove, and install conveyors for cleaning and sanitizing
  • Inspect equipment for issues and report to shift supervisor

LOOKING FOR:


  • Must be available for Night Shifts, 10:00pm8:00am
  • Shift times may vary
  • 4 10hour shifts potentially more shifts available depending on Supervisor's scheduling.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$19.90 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
