Precision Child and Youth Mental Health Initiative


TERM:0.4 FTE (2 days per week) starting immediately until Mar


SALARY:
$23.00/hour to $34.00/hour, commensurate with skills and experience

Operations Lead, Precision Child and Youth Mental Health Initiative

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the general supervision of the Operations Lead, the Project Coordinator will:

  • Implement and support standardized project management processes, tools and policies.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual meetings.
  • Make arrangements for occasional inperson meetings which may include scheduling use of board and conference rooms, arranging or confirming attendance, preparing material and coordinating catering.
  • Manage PCYMHI calendars and maintain a calendar of upcoming events and priorities, coordinating meetings as required.
  • Contribute to knowledge translation activities.
  • Working with the communications team, develop and deliver content and design for internal and external communications.
  • Liaise with PCYMHI team staff, clinicians, family leaders and collaborators across CHEO and CHEO RI.
  • Invoice for projectrelated expenses.
  • Prepare and track contract submissions and staffing requests.
  • Assist with grants, report writing, preparing presentations, posters, and publications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals and objectives of the initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years relevant experience (Essential)
  • Outstanding organizational, accountability and timemanagement skills (Essential)
  • Understanding of project management processes and tools (Essential)
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe, and SharePoint (Essential)
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and think critically (Essential)
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment (Essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Essential)
  • Excellent interpersonnel skills (Essential)
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset (preferred)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Eligible to work in Canada;
  • Compliance with CHEO RI's Universal COVID19 Vaccination Policy; and
