Your contribution


Reporting to the Senior Director - Total Compensation, you will be responsible for the systems used by the Human Resources department.

You will work with internal teams to maximize HRIS system capacity, process optimization and customer training. You will monitor data and ensure the accuracy and validity of the processes in place. In addition, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, operation and ongoing administration of the system.


Your day-to-day

  • Work to resolve issues and inform users of the cause and solutions as needed for all HR related systems;
  • Define and implement performance indicators (KPI) to be produced to facilitate decision making;
  • Ensure the consolidation of quarterly HR information;
  • Optimize and maintain the various modules and systems on an ongoing basis, in conjunction with the module specialists;
  • Collaborate in the identification and analysis of HRIS user needs;
  • Develop and run reports on a regular basis to ensure data quality and report any corrective actions to be taken i

Audit and Internal Quality Assurance;

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures and methods to ensure business continuity;
  • Document and perform necessary testing when deploying a new version, module or feature, or change;
  • Provide support for the development of ad hoc and planned reports to meet the needs of the HR team;
  • Assist in developing roles and security within the systems to ensure confidentiality of information;
  • Interact with a variety of HR stakeholders to understand business issues and clarify requirements;
  • Act as a systems expert and provide guidance and support to the HR team in the technological evolution of their function;
  • Ensure realtime communication of internal systems with all external third party platforms (external job boards, benefits providers, government platform, etc.);
  • Update the HR pages on the Intranet platform.

Your skills, our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline or a combination of relevant degrees with relevant experience;
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 3 years of systems management experience;
  • Experience as an analyst with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system;
  • Experience with ADP-WFN or Oracle an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
