Job Summary
A brief list of the Physician Assistant's duties will include the following:

  • Patient medical intake
  • Perform medical procedures (such as vital signs, injections/vaccinations, ear syringing)
  • Travel vaccines/COVID19 testing
  • Collaborate with the physician to ensure the quality of patient care
  • Coordinating with diagnostic laboratory, imaging centres and Public Health
  • Communicating and enforcing clinic policies
  • Following CPSO disinfection guidelines

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • International Medical Graduate with extensive Physician Assistant or independent practice experience
  • EMR experience
  • Standard of care according to the Canadian healthcare system

Clinic Hours
Monday to Friday 8 am - 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10 am - 3 pm.

We are offering a competitive salary and flexible hours. Shifts will include some weekend coverage. 30+ hours/week. 8-10 hours per day shifts - schedule varies based on your availability.

COVID-19 considerations:
We provide staff with PPE. Cleaning and regular disinfection of medical rooms. All clients are required to wear a mask and undergo screening before coming into the clinic.
