Location:
Montreal office.


Work Schedule:
Hybrid: 3 days in office


Clearance level:
CGP, Reliability


Tasks:

- inspects, installs, and connects all employee PCs, terminals, peripherals, and computer-related equipment.

  • Keeps records of computer moves and repairs to serviced equipment for analysis and call followup. This also includes corrective actions taken to improve service and assess future hardware purchases.
  • Manages network backup media, sends and receives media from the vault, and ensures that registers are completed and filed. Recovers files requested by the help desk from backups.
  • Install and maintain all office computer equipment for MDA employees.
  • Maintain computer inventory and perform operator duties related to data backup.

Required Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal skills, analytical mind, ability to organize priorities
  • College diploma or equivalent technical diploma in electronics
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in operating and maintaining computers and peripherals
  • Fluency in French and English
