Permanent fulltime position (37.5 hours/week daytime schedule, Monday to Friday)
Facetoface position at our Boucherville office. The hybrid mode is currently being deployed.

When your actions lead to success
:

Make followup calls.
Enter orders into the ERP system.
Process returns, invoicing and certain types of credit.

When your expertise drives us
:

Three (3) years' experience in a similar position
Strong customer service skills
Excellent command of French (oral and written) and an intermediate level of English (you will be communicating with customers across Canada)
Good knowledge of the Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Experience with an ERP system, an asset
