We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for processing timely and accurate payment of accounts payable invoices, while ensuring all documentation is approved by authorized personnel in accordance with company policy.

Participating as a member of a strong cohesive team, this role involves handing confidential information and supporting a variety of tasks in order to achieve tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for:

Entering a high volume of mixed type of invoices that may include
Inventory, Expense,
PO matching or coding Supply invoices
Supporting other teams within Accounts Payable to meet weekly deadlines.
Reviewing batches of invoices to ensure accuracy and eliminating opportunity for errors.
Reconciling statements and running queries as required

You have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Must be able to key minimum 50 WPM
Previous office or Accounts Payable experience would be considered an asset.
Retail experience would be considered an asset.
