Job summary Certifications:

PROSCI for Change Management Previous experience in change management through Microsoft cloud modern workplace services using authentic client engagement and cross business challenge and discovery workshops is required for this role.

The role would also require strong leadership qualities and be able to lead a team and be the authoritative advisor on change management matters.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Consultancy and design Providing delivery leadership on executing largescale change projects. Proven management on largescale change projects.
  • Influences technical or commercial decision through depth of specialist knowledge.
  • Provides advice and guidance in area of technical/professional specialism
  • Keeps level of knowledge consistently up to date to ensure advice is reflective of the latest thinking/legislation Is regarded as an "expert"
  • Ability to understand at a highlevel the technical enablement solutions that are put in place to deliver the complete modern workspace experience (For Example Multi-Factor Authentication, Bit-Locker, Voice Enablement).
  • Ability to understand at a more detailed level and to keep abreast of new features and capabilities of the Microsoft Office 365 solutions that are put in place to deliver the complete modern workspace experience (For Example Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, Stream, etc.).
  • Discovery facilitate digital transformation workshops on the "art of the possible" through analysing operational working practices


  • Presentations & Demonstrations

  • Reimagine team communications, collaboration, digital workflows, and customer impacts through discovery engagement work


  • Perform Transformational Delivery

  • Design and deliver indepth roadmaps for change, engagement, and user adoption Customer Experience Management work in partnership with customers and peers to engineer remarkable digital change experiences that support the growth of the client and our practice Inspires influences and motivates individuals and teams across the organisation.
  • Effectively manages change within and across own department. Able to lead and take control of customer workshops and keep them on track, relevant and effective with a focus on outcomes.
  • Can deliver presales and discovery

$70.00-$75.00 per hour
